Susanne is an author and owner of three retail stores: Sassafras on Sutton in Black Mountain, NC, Sassafras on Main and Minted Mercantile in Waynesville, NC. Susanne loves words, drinks too much coffee, and splits her time between her beloved mountains and the lowcountry of South Carolina. Her happiest places are on the sales floor of one of her stores and with her nose stuck in a great book.
